I remember the wonderful and caring man who took such good care of my family
in Savannah, Georgia in the 1950's.
That is the role model I try to follow in my practice today,
but with the profound advances in knowledge and technology that have transformed
medicine.

| Annual health review. This includes history, physical, lab tests, and nutritional consultation. At this visit, we plan for you health needs. If it is appropriate, I will request stress test, bone density, colonoscopy, referrals. | Prompt return of telephone calls, e-mails, and review of lab test, x-rays, and tests. |
| 24/7 coverage. When I am in the country, I wear a nationwide beeper. Also, I am available by cell phone. It is a rare occasion that I am covered by another physician. |
| Same day/next day visits. We can usually accommodate your schedule. From time to time, when appropriate, I do make house calls. |
| Partnering with you concerning episodes of illness. I will help you find appropriate specialty care, visit you when you are hospitalized, participate in the clinical discussions. If necessary, home care, rehabilitation, physical therapy will be arranged. Feedback from you regarding the quality of services enables us to find "the best" care. |
